Liability Agreement: This agreement is between Transportation
Specialist, Inc. and the above named client. The client is
responsible for their entire party under the agreement during
service. In addition to the terms above for the vehicle and
driver the customer agrees to all additional charges that
might be incurred including, but not limited to the following:
any damage or cleaning in excess of usual use and wear of
hired vehicles. The decision as to unusual use and wear of
the vehicle's interior or environs rests with the company
and its affiliates solely, and their decision is final. (minimum
cleaning charge is $150.00)
The above named companies and its affiliates are not responsible
for items in the vehicles at any time. Transportation Specialists
and its affiliates reserve the right to terminate the service,
without refund at any time due to mistreatment of the driver
or vehicle, putting either in immediate danger by the actions
of your party, or by not following reasonable instructions
by the driver. Any illegal activity is cause for immediate
termination of service. A Cancellation Fee of $100.00 exists
if reservation is not cancelled two (2) weeks prior to service
date. A Deposit of fifty (50) percent is due two (2) weeks
prior to service date to confirm any reservation. Reservations
made less than two (2) weeks prior to service date requires
full payment in advance and are non-refundable. Substitution
of Vehicle at company discretion. Signature constitutes complete
agreement with charges and conditions above.
